Meet Willard Martin
Operator first. Coach second.
25+ years building, running, and scaling companies. Now I help other owners do the same — using the EOS® system that works.

Willard grew up on a family farm in Pennsylvania. He learned to work with his hands, his head, and his word — three things he still believes are non-negotiable in a healthy business.
From the farm, he moved into construction alongside his father, working in residential homebuilding and land development. The work was practical and unforgiving — you either built things that lasted, or you came back and fixed them.
In 2004, Willard co-founded Dry Creek Mini Barns in California, building sheds, playhouses, and garages as a licensed CA contractor. He learned the other half of business there — pricing, hiring, payroll, and what happens when the owner is the only one who can answer the question.
In 2018, he joined Ulrich Lifestyle / Ulrich Barn Builders, eventually serving as California Market President and overseeing the 2022 relocation of Ulrich's steel Horse Barn manufacturing to Godley, TX. He ran P&Ls, built teams, and made the hard calls.
Along the way he earned an MBA on top of his B.S., and stayed a licensed CA contractor. Outside of business, he served as an Associate Pastor at South Gate Redemption Center, as President of the Lebec County Water District board, and as a board member of the LA Road Thrift Store.
Today Willard is a Professional EOS Implementer with EOS Worldwide, helping owner- operators stop firefighting and build a company that runs on a system instead of on them.
Willard lives in the Godley, TX area with his family. When he's not coaching leadership teams, he's probably on a tractor, in a workshop, or at a Sunday service. He doesn't drink the kool-aid. He drinks coffee, asks hard questions, and helps you build something that lasts.
What I believe
"A business should serve the owner's life — not the other way around."
"Most problems are people problems wearing a process costume."
"Plain talk and high accountability beat clever frameworks every time."
