    I meet your leadership team in your office (or on Zoom). I walk you through the EOS Model and the Six Key Components. You ask anything. By the end, you'll know if EOS — and if I — are right for you. No pitch.

    Focus Day®

    1 day · ~30 days later

    We adopt the five foundational EOS tools as a team: the Accountability Chart, Rocks (90-day priorities), the Meeting Pulse™ (the Level 10 Meeting), the Scorecard, and the To-Do List. You leave with traction immediately.

    Step 03

    Vision Building™ Day 1

    1 day · ~30 days later

    We complete the first page of your Vision/Traction Organizer® (V/TO®): Core Values, Core Focus™, 10-Year Target™, Marketing Strategy, and 3-Year Picture™. By the end, every leader sees the same future.

    Step 04

    Vision Building™ Day 2

    1 day · ~30 days later

    We complete the second page of the V/TO: 1-Year Plan, Quarterly Rocks, and Issues List. Now you have a complete plan and the discipline to execute it.

    Step 05

    Quarterly Sessions

    1 day every 90 days

    We come back together every quarter to review the previous 90 days, refresh the V/TO, set new Rocks, and solve issues at the root. This is where compounding happens.

    Step 06

    Annual Two-Day Session

    Once a year

    Once a year, we step back, reconnect as a team, and reset the 1-year plan and 3-year picture. Most clients run on EOS within 18–24 months.

What it costs

Transparent pricing. No long-term contract.

I price by the day, not by the engagement. There's no long-term contract. We work together as long as I'm adding value, and not a day longer. We'll talk specifics in the 90-Minute Meeting.
